Responsibilities
Research and identify ideal buyer personas within North America.
Drive outreach via cold calls, emails, and social touches to spark interest in Sprinto.
Qualify leads, identify pain points, and communicate our value proposition.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
Collaborate with AEs to ensure seamless lead hand-offs.
Maintain accurate CRM records and meet lead generation quotas.
Stay updated on market trends and represent Sprinto at industry events.

Required
3–7 years of outbound prospecting/sales development in B2B SaaS.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
Highly organized and skilled in consultative selling techniques.
Independent, self-motivated, and goal-driven team player.
Preferred
Proficiency in CRM or email marketing software is a plus.
