Responsibilities

Research various internal requests and follow through to resolution
Maintain understanding of data resources and technical requirements
Utilize technical aspects within Salesforce like Apex triggers and classes
Develop enhancements to Salesforce and related systems
Provide ongoing technical support for integrated Salesforce applications
Analyze technical needs within Salesforce and Website integration
Lead design and development for SFDC solutions in VisualForce and Apex
Evangelize best practice implementation experience of SFDC and Forcecom
Meet expectations and deliverables on time
Operate as an individual for quick turnaround of enhancements and fixes
Conform with all company policies and procedures

Required

Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com
Advanced working knowledge of reporting systems and languages to include SQL and SAS
Must have a good understanding of Dealer Service’s operations
Must understand and embrace the principles of GM Financial
Understanding of systems that covers GM Financial's entire branch and funding operations
Working knowledge of GM Financial contract funding
Working knowledge of retail and lease origination and funding systems
Working knowledge of underwriting and contract funding processes, policies, and guidelines
Ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers
Ability to manage assigned tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stressful situations
Advanced analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project Management skills
Solid ability to select, lead, evaluate, and develop employees
5-7 years of Salesforce experience required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information experience; or over 7 years experience of equivalent work required
