Responsibilities

Collaborate with a team of developers working exclusively on the Nextworld platform to create innovative solutions for automotive dealerships.

Collaborate with product partners to translate feature requests into highly functional ERP capabilities.

Continuously evaluate and optimize existing solutions to meet scaling needs and ensure optimal performance.

Stay updated on new capabilities and features introduced in the Nextworld ERP platform and incorporate them into ongoing projects.

Foster collaboration among team members located across different time zones to ensure a 24-hour development cycle.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' related experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 16 years' experience in a related field.

3+ years' experience working with low-code ERP systems, with specialized expertise in Nextworld.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically about complex technical challenges.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
