Responsibilities
Gather requirements for new features or software systems from customers and other business stakeholders.
Prepare software designs and estimates for the work.
Develop the code to implement the design and requirements using a variety of tools including .NET, SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
Design, build, deliver, and own full lifecycle development software from inception to production.
Drive complex software changes involving multiple components and deliver quality changes, including automated tests, metrics, and monitoring.
Guide and review changes to product features in line with product roadmaps.
Build components and processes that are regularly used by others as well as execution plans incorporating user data, observations, and market insight.
Monitor performance and quality of existing features, as well as respond to issues raised by customers or stakeholders to improve existing features.
Facilitate the development of large software features and releases and raise technical issues as appropriate.
Respond to issues raised by others to ensure timely and quality delivery of work.
Validate changes to ensure high quality product releases.
Contribute to development of comprehensive success criteria including defining and measuring KPIs.
Use data to analyze and communicate the impact of their work on operational efficiency.

Required
Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field
Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related role
Five (5) years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS, including client-side libraries and frameworks
One or more of the following languages on the server-side: C#, Java, or similar
Three (3) years of experience with software development code editors and version control systems
Two (2) years of experience with Agile Scrum tools
