Responsibilities

Understand the Business requirement

Breakdown Business requirements/epics to document use cases, technical user stories, acceptance criteria and design details such as systems/sequence flow diagrams.

Writing technical specifications (API and UX) for the business requirements.

Contribute to Product backlog & Roadmap by collaborating with Product Management, Solution architects, Product Development team & Cross-functional teams.

Keep the product/project documentation up to speed.

Ensure Product backlog items are clearly defined, well understood, and properly estimated by the Product Development team.

Will be the Primary point of contact for all stakeholders (e.g. business partners, executives, and other departments) on matters related to the product/project.

Close collaboration with the Product Development team to follow work progress and address production issues during sprints.

Prioritize Product backlog items based on their business value, the time required to complete them, and the order they were created.

Prioritize and assign the work to DEV/test teams.

Track the project/initiative from inception to delivery including RoI.

Apply the configurations based on business rules and documents.

Experience working as Product owner with .NET/JAVA, APIs and SalesForce CRM Technology stack.

Hands-on SQL knowledge.
