Responsibilities

Lead a large continuous improvement portfolio of impactful projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Conduct deep dive analysis to root cause specific process or area issues.
Assess operational activities effectiveness using analytical tools like Kaizen, Six Sigma, DMAIC, VSM.
Collaborate on process improvements, equipment design, automation projects, data analysis, and negotiating requirements with design engineers.
Manage projects and lead rapid investigation initiatives to improve Kuiper satellite production systems.

Required

6+ years of technical product or program management experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
3+ years experience in aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, operations management or equivalent
3+ years leading continuous improvement initiatives, managing operations, or a related role within the manufacturing, fulfillment or testing organization driving automation, LEAN/Six Sigma, 5S initiatives.
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with ability to work successfully across all engineering disciplines.
High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.

Preferred

Masters degree in engineering (aerospace, aviation, computer science, electrical, electronics, industrial) or business administration.
Experience working in the aerospace or aviation industry
Experience in setting up or launching new industrial processes (start-up)
2+ years managing the development of mechanical hardware OR developing software to drive automation OR developing electrical systems
Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing execution system (MES) software.
Lean/Six Sigma certification (black belt)
Experience owning cross-functional program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership (up to VP level)
