Responsibilities
Plans, coordinates, and utilizes technical knowledge to direct the work efforts and results of a team of associates in the Oracle Healthcare Immediate Response Center
Build expertise in the tools, platforms and/or applications the team utilizes for incident management, monitoring and service management
Help prioritize critical programs, create process improvements, and build a roadmap for the organization
