Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth, market penetration, and brand recognition.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with executive leadership to establish long-term sales goals aligned with Blink’s strategic objectives.
Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships to drive customer acquisition, expand distribution channels, and strengthen Blink’s market position.
Engage with corporate, governmental, and municipal entities to cultivate high-impact relationships that support Blink’s growth initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas in EV charging infrastructure.
Develop and implement sales tactics to optimize Blink’s positioning in both mature and emerging markets, including B2B, B2C, and government segments.
Set, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to ensure team effectiveness and accountability.
Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for the sales and business development functions to align with company goals and ROI targets.
Collaborate closely with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with product capabilities and to facilitate customer feedback integration into product roadmap.
Stay current on industry advancements, government policies, and incentive programs to capitalize on opportunities and position Blink as a thought leader.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
12+ years of progressive experience in sales and business development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the EV charging or closely related sector.
Demonstrated success in scaling sales operations and leading complex business development initiatives.
Strong network within the EV, renewable energy, automotive, or smart infrastructure sectors.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Work Authorization: United States (required)
Preferred
Passion for sustainability, clean energy, and the EV movement.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, data analytics, and sales performance tools.
Familiarity with public-private partnerships and government incentives for EV infrastructure.
