Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements related to HR, finance, and payroll processes.
Analyze and translate complex business needs into effective Workday solutions, considering best practices and system capabilities.
Provide expert level support for the HCM module
Configure Workday modules to align with business processes, with focus on including but not limited to Human Capital Management (HCM), Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence, Time Tracking.
Participate in system testing and quality assurance efforts, identifying and resolving issues or discrepancies.
Provide ongoing support to end-users by troubleshooting system-related inquiries and issues, offering solutions, and delivering training as necessary.
Collaborate with the IT team to integrate Workday with other systems and applications, ensuring data integrity and seamless data flow.
Stay up-to-date with Workday releases, updates, and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the organization and recommending relevant improvements.
Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into system usage, performance, and compliance metrics.
Participate in system enhancement projects, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field strongly preferred.
Proven experience as a Workday Analyst or similar role, with in-depth knowledge of Workday modules and functionalities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Proficiency in Workday configuration, including business process setup, security, calculated fields, and custom reports.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

Master's degree is a plus.
Relevant Workday certifications are a strong asset.
Familiarity with HR and finance processes and regulations is preferred.
Experience with integration tools and middleware is a plus.
