Responsibilities
Build, develop, and nurture relationships within target Enterprise accounts to drive new logo acquisition and achieve sales goals.
Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and close, with a focus on delivering value to key stakeholders.
Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, self-sourced leads, and collaboration with Marketing and SDRs.
Conduct detailed discovery to uncover customer pain points, identify inefficiencies, and present tailored solutions aligned with their needs.
Lead complex, multi-threaded deals involving multiple decision-makers, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams—Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Success—to deliver long-term customer success and satisfaction.
Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and proactive pipeline management using Salesforce.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment, actively supporting shared goals and fostering cross-functional success.

Required
10+ years of experience in SaaS selling, product management, solutions engineering, or customer success, with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles.
Proven ability to engage with senior executives and C-suite leaders, driving value-based sales and building trusted partnerships.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple pipelines efficiently.
Persistent and self-motivated, with a track record of independently driving results through outbound prospecting and self-sourced leads.
Creative problem-solver who excels at tailoring solutions to uncover hidden pain points and deliver customer value in resistant industries.
Detail-oriented and strategic thinker with a relationship-focused approach to long-term customer success.
Resilient and resourceful, with the ability to adapt to challenges and setbacks while maintaining focus on long-term goals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally in a team-first environment.
Experience leveraging partnerships to grow relationships and drive customer success.
Someone who will answer the 'Other notes' question in the application with what their favorite M&M color is.
Preferred
Familiarity with CPG sales or experience working with CPG brands is a strong advantage.
