Responsibilities
Processing and monitoring accounts payable, including vendor invoices and associate expenses
Entering invoice details in the company's accounting system and allocating expenses to appropriate accounts
Facilitating payment of invoices due and reviewing employee expense reports
Maintaining and reviewing documentation and vendor files in accordance with company policy
Running and analyzing reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Required
4+ years' experience in Accounts Payable
Two-year degree or equivalent work experience
Strong computer and communications skills
Highly detailed and organized
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Preferred
Knowledge of ABS/AS400 and Oracle a plus
