Responsibilities
Lead and manage the transition projects of acquired businesses from legacy PDM/PLM systems to DDM.
Plan and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the transition process.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project status.
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the DDM system.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in DDM administration and project management within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in DDM and legacy PDM/PLM systems.
Strong understanding of data migration techniques and tools.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, preferably in a remote setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Must be located in North America and eligible to work in the United States.
