Responsibilities
Ensure quality throughout development, manufacturing, engineering, support, and operations processes.
Comply with customer requirements, applicable laws, regulations, and engineering specifications while supporting the Quality System.
Provide technical guidance and support to customers.
Improve and maintain compliance with standards like ISO 9001, AS9100.
Work with customers to understand quality requirements and implement corrective actions.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Lead internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality management system standards.
Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.

Required
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct quality engineering
U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred
Manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment
MBA or post-graduate degree preferred
Experience in collaborating with technical teams
Experience with Quality Management systems i.e. ISO 9001/13485, AS9100
Six Sigma Greenbelt desired
