Responsibilities

Build subject matter expertise in key reporting tools and data sources that inform Strive’s performance metrics.

Monitor and report on performance metrics regularly to Strive’s leaders, identifying areas of success, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.

Deliver visibility to company-wide and regional performance results through clean, intuitive reporting.

Support development and implementation of enterprise OKRs and KPIs that align with Strive’s mission and priorities.

Be a trusted partner to and collaborate with Strive’s operations, analytics, finance, technology, and clinical teams.

Lead and support cross-functional efforts dedicated to execution against Strive’s key clinical and operational priorities.

Serve as a go-to resource for in-depth insights and education on all enterprise and regional performance metrics.

Create presentations and provide analytical support for internal Business Reviews and Board of Directors meetings.
