Responsibilities

Support the Program Manager in the development of Elastic's strategy on high visibility initiatives, and long-term strategic priorities in key ecosystem areas

Develop recommendations and prepare written and oral presentations to senior management

Analyze data from various sources to compile a comprehensive picture of overall business requirement documents, process mapping, and process narratives

Create comprehensive project test plans. Coordinate, track, and report testing activities

Coordinate, support, and provide guidance on initiatives to multi-functional partners

Develop and implement standard processes across finance functions

Collaborate seamlessly with teams across various groups and levels within the organization. Develop strong working relationships to ensure successful program delivery

Leverage general finance and experience to drive programs and to understand the broader impact of programs on the organization. Make informed decisions to drive positive business outcomes

Required

8+ years of demonstrable experience in accounting, finance, project management, business analysis, and business operations support.

B.A. or B.S. or equivalent experience in Business Administration or Information Technology with a focus on Business applications

Experience working with Consumption and Marketplace Business Models

Experience working on finance projects that have enabled Cloud Service Provider Marketplace support.

Proficient understanding in the order to cash transaction flow, bookings reporting, sales reporting, accounting, procure to pay, and data reconciliation.

Prior experience with data mapping, process mapping, system flows, process narrative and data integration

Strong, demonstrable, experience with SQL

Good interpersonal and team building skills; ability to influence/inspire change across functional and business boundaries

Ability to take charge of sophisticated tasks with minimal mentorship and develop new strategies and new ways of approaching business challenges independently

Continuous improvement mentality and ability to suggest and implement new and better ways to work

Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills

Self-starter with unquestionable integrity.
