Responsibilities
Collect agency's projections and ensure accuracy before consolidating
Consolidate financials and analyze
Gather business development data through Salesforce including pitches and prospecting trend analysis
Perform complex variance analysis of actuals vs forecast/budget for all P&L line items and headcount
Produce budget/forecast presentations
Prepare monthly reports, presentations, and financial schedules
Help prepare monthly and quarterly KPI reports to support analysis on actuals vs forecast/budget
Analyze variances between actuals vs forecasted/budget
Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting requirements
Assist with ad-hoc projects
Explain and translate financial reports to business finance leads
Maintain HFM organizational structure
Develop strong relationships with agency finance leads

Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance. Master's degree is a plus
Minimum 3+ years of experience and can take accountability/ownership
Cultivate cooperative working relationship, a team player, and follow deadlines
Identify problems and seek solutions
Excel skills, using pivot tables, look-ups, and advanced formulas
Advanced in Salesforce, Hyperion/Essbase, Anaplan, Oracle Business Intelligence, and SAP
Preferred
Media/advertising experience is a plus
