Responsibilities
Perform recurring and Ad-Hoc system administration tasks to support business operations.
Translate and visualize data into information and insights to discover trends and patterns for solving the business problem and improving key performance indicators.
Provide a customer-centric experience for business partners.
Create detailed documentation, process flows, and diagrams.
Train and support end users on project solution functionality and procedures.
Leveraging existing systems used in Accounting/Finance to create efficiencies and automation (Oracle, TrinTech- Cadency & ReconNet, Ariba, Concur etc.)
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within a progressively evolving environment.
Drive project development through the project lifecycle.
Partner closely with our Product Management and Technology teams in support of various initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships within Finance, Technology, other business organizations, and with third party vendors.
Ad hoc analysis, modeling, and additional responsibilities as required.
Serve as a support system for more junior analysts.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Business, or Economics with 3-5 years of experience OR Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Business, or Economics with 1-2 years of experience
3+ years of experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx)
1+ years of experience with Python or SQL
Preferred
Excellent quantitative/analytical skills, and ability to utilize data to tell the story and drive insights, tailors messaging to appropriate level for audience
Finding opportunities for business process optimization
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages, such as SQL and databases, or Python is a plus
Proficiency in dashboard and reporting development such as Tableau or Power BI
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, data modeling)
Understanding adaptability for change in the bigger picture; embracing those changes as opportunity for growth & development
Outstanding problem-solving skills with a proactive approach towards assigned projects or tasks
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and activities while meeting deadlines
Understanding of SOX controls and ensuring compliance over financial reporting
