Responsibilities

Work with internal/external customers and carriers to root cause issues

Provide support for the implementation of new customers

Lead projects focused on aged volume reduction, process improvement, reduction of manual work, and overall improvement in customer satisfaction

Work independently to assess problems and provide potential solutions

Assist in the training of new hires

Provide support and guidance to other analysts in complex situations

Perform weekly audits to ensure accuracy prior to invoicing
