Responsibilities

Support Risk training, communication, and partnership programs

Develop Risk training content and manage ongoing updates to the training program

Draft newsletters, program announcements, and other communications and materials

Support planning and coordination of Risk partnership events

Develop surveys to solicit feedback and assess efficacy of programs

Project manage Enterprise Risk Management program implementation

Coordinate across Risk leads and business stakeholders for ongoing framework consistency

Required

3+ years of financial services experience

BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics (or a related discipline)

Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities, and implement change

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

Self-motivated

Strong attention to detail

Strong Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint skills

Superior written and oral communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of various communication and learning modalities

Ability to create/develop and articulate pragmatic plans and actions
