Responsibilities
Supports Tier 2 Help Desk Ticket resolutions from suppliers and sites with complex order change, return or discrepancy issues.
Performs edits to POs as needed while working with site receiving, suppliers and accounts.
Ensures Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies.
Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required
Minimum 2-3 years with experience in Supply Chain Operations in a hospital/healthcare environment
Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA)
Skilled in the application of policies and procedures
Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices
Maintains regular and reliable attendance
Preferred
Bachelors Degree preferably in the areas of Supply Chain Operations or related years of experience
Experience in Supply Chain Operations in a hospital/healthcare environment
