Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of research projects that combine qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys, IDIs, focus groups and observational research, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Analyze and synthesize data from both qualitative and quantitative sources to uncover key consumer insights and provide a comprehensive view of consumer behavior and preferences.
Partner with teams across the organization to ensure that study design and goals align with strategic business objectives.
Present qualitative & quantitative findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring insights are actionable and aligned with strategic goals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data analysis and reporting.

Required
Bachelor's Degree, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Marketing, or a related field required
Minimum of 4 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research, including interviewing, coding, thematic analysis, survey design and study design
Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviewing, focus groups, ethnography, survey design and study design
Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations
Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering insights
Data storytelling
Preferred
Masters degree preferred
Certifications in Qualitative Research or Market Research
4 - 7 Years of experience preferred
Some experience with/ability in integrating findings from mixed methods research into strategy recommendations
