Responsibilities

Technical Design and Implementation – hands-on expertise in designing enterprise technical platforms; including cloud, vendor & third-party solutions, integrations and application security.

Installing, configuring and troubleshooting web and desktop-based applications.

Providing application support to clients and colleagues in Jencap.

Providing software application support.

Establishing the root causes of application issues, and escalating critical issues to the application team, documenting issue / resolution for future use.

Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.

Managing code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality.

Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.

Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.

Systems Planning – experience in information system planning, defining application design for complex, multi-site, multi product organizations.

Proficiency in determining causes of application issues and resolution
