Responsibilities

Develop and Refine payment integrity initiatives for clients, including identifying and improving payment accuracies to help streamline processes and reduce abrasion in the healthcare payments cycle.

Build strong partnerships with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized payment integrity solutions.

Liaison with key business sponsors at the client, working closely with Operations, Engagement Management, and Solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

Work with account, operations and solutions teams applying strategic and tactical focus to exceed revenue goals and drive client success.

Drive innovation and bring new ideas to the table to continuously improve payment integrity services.

Mentor and lead teams to drive excellence in payment integrity services.

Required

Bachelor's Degree required

At least 7 years of experience in payment integrity initiatives in the healthcare industry, including knowledge of industry and payer policies and procedures, provider contracting methodologies, and related items that impact payment accuracy

Deep knowledge of clinical and coding policy reviews

Strong communication and leadership skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams
