Responsibilities

Define test strategy, specifications, and plan by working with DFT engineering and product engineering teams.

Lead test hardware design, validation, bring-up, and debug by working with test hardware suppliers.

Develop test programs on Advantest V93000 test platform.

Manage data collection, analysis, and characterization for assigned products.

Release and manage production test programs at OSAT suppliers.

Work with Asia engineering teams to ensure production testing ramp and resolve any test related issues in production.

Develop new test concepts and techniques to improve production test program and reduce test cost.
