Responsibilities
Analyze complex business problems using data from various internal and external sources
Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to inform decision-making
Construct forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on business data
Collaborate with clients to modify existing analyses or reports to meet their specific needs
Participate in management reviews, presenting and interpreting analysis results

Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5-7 years of business analysis experience
6+ years of managed care experience
Proficiency in various concepts, practices, and procedures relevant to the job
Strong communication and collaboration skills with external and internal customers
Preferred
3-5 years of formal training in Project Management
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis
Experience working with complex, highly technical teams
