Responsibilities
Collaborate with Project Manager, Business and Data Analysts, and other team members to document and maintain requirements, procedures, processes, and other related content in an Agile/Scrum team environment.
Demonstrate superior writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Prepare, review, revise, and maintain business requirement documentations.
Gather and analyze technical information to document new and changing requirements and processes.
Develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documents.
Perform testing of functionality along with developers.
Identify and document backlog of user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure they cover the requirements.
Interact with business users, explain user stories, acceptance criteria, and get their sign-off.
Participate in functional discussions with vendors during sprints.
Document reporting requirements.
Write test cases to cover all user stories, ensure they are tested and signed off.
Coordinate with vendors regarding user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
Test solutions provided/developed.
Interface with business clients, share test results, and get their approval to move the report/fix to production.
Document test results in the required format.
Coordinate with internal control teams for go-live clearances.
Work closely with the Project Manager, development team, solutions architect, and business users.
Strong experience in agile methodology, user stories, acceptance criteria, test plans, test strategies, test cases, and control sets for testing purposes.
Design and execute test cases for application development and implementation projects.
Knowledge of Bank loan products is a significant plus.

Required
Must have at least 10+ years of experience, of which at least 5 years in the finance industry as a Business Analyst.
Demonstrate superior writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong experience in agile methodology is an absolute must.
Solid experience in having developed user stories and acceptance criteria is essential.
In-depth experience in coming up with test plans, test strategies, test cases, and control sets for testing purposes.
Preferred
Knowledge of Bank loan products will be a significant plus.
