Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise, cold calling, and existing contacts.
Gain market share with new clients by increasing headcount, revenue, and gross margins.
Meet with client hiring managers daily to develop long lasting relationships both on and off-site.
Establish relationships and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
Manage the client relationship, pre-sales, post-sales, and technical assistance when needed.
Build and manage a sales pipeline for accounts for target accounts.

Required
Minimum of 4 years of business development and sales experience.
Must be local to Seattle
Experience developing a book of business from scratch by identifying and prioritizing target clients by analyzing market trends.
Experience selling staffing, technology/creative consulting services.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical & negotiation experience.
Knowledge of current business critical technologies.
Understanding of the local business environment.
BA/BS in Information Management or Systems, Business, Management, or related field.
The ideal candidate will have current expertise in developing a technology or creative services focused solutions book of business coupled with exceptional relationship management skills.
Must be able to identify key decision-makers within organizations, present a clear, concise case for the value of staffing services, and close business through superior customer service.
Must be able to develop strong relationships with all levels of internal and external management and be comfortable negotiating terms of business in small, medium, and large-scale organizations.
Must be willing and able to meet with clients out-of-office or at after-hour events.
