Responsibilities

Strategic leadership: Develop business strategies for growth and profitability in response to consumer and regulatory demands

Leadership: Manage and develop multiple analysts, coaching and mentoring to retain talent

Product: Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies, lead product level data modeling/analytics

Marketing: Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts, build insights for new customer experiences

Credit Risk: Improve credit performance by creating risk models and analyzing trends

Execution: Manage delivery of business intent, build business requirements and execute product strategy

Partnership: Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and others to drive improvement

Strategic; analytic orientation: Make decisions based on analytics, quantitative orientation

Strong business judgment, leadership, and integrity: Bring a responsible approach to business, drive critical decisions

Solid people leadership experience: Build and leverage high-performing teams, drive critical decisions

Strong executive communication skills: Drive agreement through strategic influencing skills

Clear results orientation: Focus on achieving short and long term goals, execute agenda in a dynamic environment

Successful track record in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, consulting experience is a plus
