Responsibilities
Perform Civil Engineering related design and development activities, from conception to completion.
Develop and review design drawings and specifications related to civil engineering projects.
Manage projects as assigned, including developing and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and design progress.
Participate in construction coordination meetings and manage field activities for assigned projects, as required.
Prepare technical reports for internal and external review.
Provide technical guidance to team members and other staff.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in Civil Construction.
Experience with Water Engineering, Infrastructure, Storm Sewer, and Municipal projects highly desirable.
Proficiency in GIS and field work.
Excellent project management skills.
Engineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
