Responsibilities
Develop client accounts through a consultative approach, offering practical and technical solutions tailored to their needs.
Collaborate with sales leaders to onboard and support a portfolio of clients, including pre-sales activities and client meetings.
Apply expertise in online research and fieldwork techniques, provide programmatic sampling guidance, and deliver regular reporting to internal stakeholders while maintaining a deep understanding of Prodege's internal API and client-specific endpoints.
Work with 3rd party technology services to maximize the delivery of Prodege sample.
Developing client accounts to their full potential through a consultative approach, implementing both practical and technical solutions that fit their needs.
Collaborating closely with sales leaders to onboard a portfolio of clients, including day-to-day pre-sales work, attending meetings with clients virtually.
Applying knowledge of online research and fieldwork techniques in the U.S. and international markets.
Consulting with clients on programmatic sampling best practices to meet their goals, including complex yield management and similar methodologies.
Providing regular reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly cadence to internal stakeholders.
Become intimately familiar with both Prodege’s internal API as well as each client’s specific endpoints, plus the roadmap against them.
Willingness to flex time to be available for client calls.
Capitalizing on the industry shifts by utilizing intimate understanding of current market dynamics to position Prodege advantageously.

Proven track record of success managing clients in the Market Research industry
