Responsibilities

Fluent in business and technical English, reading, writing and speak, at Bachelor degree level.

Hands-on experience in CloudWatch dashboards, alarms, Amazon Connect, Lambdas, Lex V1 and V2, DynamoDB.

Write code in Python and build Lambdas and Step Functions on AWS.

Experience with Terraform and actual hands-on experience.

Comfortable with Jira, Agile teams, working in Scrum and Kanban frameworks.

Testing experience in Amazon Connect, experienced in test plan writing, executing, reporting.

Required

Fluent in business and technical English, reading, writing and speak, at Bachelor degree level

AWS Certified Associate or higher Level: Solutions Architect, DevOps or Developer

Hands On experience in CloudWatch dashboards, alarms, Amazon Connect (not Direct Connect), Lamba, Lex V1 and V2, DynamoDB

Able to write code in Python and build Lambdas and Step Functions on AWS. Someone with Springboot and Containerized Applications Development is definitely a big plus

Experience with Terraform and actual Hands On Experience

Eager to learn, asks questions, takes initiatives, is willing to speak up when observing issues

Very comfortable with Jira (has written and maintained stories for ones own work)

Experience on Agile teams, working in Scrum and Kanban frameworks

Has testing experience in Amazon Connect, experienced in test plan writing, executing, reporting

Preferred

High Preference for someone who has experience working on NICE Engage Call Recording and Workforce Management platforms; and/or Pindrop Fraud Monitoring and Alerting

Ideal: Speaks, reads and writes Spanish (24HB IVR), Korean (RPS) or Japanese (Union Bank) at an advanced level

Is or will be Certified in Cyara on their own time; able to create and run test cases in Velocity and Cruncher Campaigns
