Responsibilities
Manage and support federal projects related to cloud migration and infrastructure
Lead discussions with business stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, and design solutions that align with technical capabilities
Support the transformation and migration of existing legacy applications to cloud platforms (AWS) and facilitate the operational synchronization between cloud foundations, cloud providers, and internal customer projects
Implement and maintain tracking, analysis, and reporting of work progress
Oversee risk management and change management on cloud projects
Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date
Participate in project meetings, take minutes and action items
Create PowerPoint slide decks for Senior Leadership on project progress
Maintain good communication with all stakeholders and provide updates as necessary

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field
A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in system/software solution development and delivery
Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing cloud projects for complex IT systems
Experience managing cloud networks for major Federal government agencies
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Public and Private Cloud
Experience migrating from legacy on-prem networking to Cloud
Strong background in managing large-scale projects involving document management and cloud technologies
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
A data-driven critical thinking mind, analytical expertise, and a solution-driven, service-oriented personality
Experience leading a team to deliver solutions in fast-paced environments
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proven comprehension of technology and ability to speak and understand in technical terms
Experience working in Waterfall, Scrum or Agile environments
Adept in managing changing priorities and demanding schedules
Experience in Agile Scrum issue and project tracking, preferably in the Atlassian suite
Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, SharePoint, ServiceNow)
Must have an active US Government Top Secret Clearance
Preferred
AWS experience and/or certification
AWS Government Cloud experience (i.e. GovCloud, Commercial Cloud services (C2S), Joint Warfighter Cloud Capability (JWCC), etc.)
