Responsibilities

Develop and deploy computer-based training (CBT) and interactive e-learning courses and training modules

Collaborate with subject matter experts on appropriate online teaching mechanisms

Guide training staff and share expertise in the development and use of e-learning methodologies for course design

Develop project documentation, including CBT and e-learning development standards, templates, and storyboards

Resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways as a seasoned experienced professional

Provide resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors

Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

Contribute to the development of organization’s goals and objectives

Represent the organization on projects and may perform in project leadership role and/or may supervise the activities of lower level personnel

Network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
