Responsibilities

Evangelize for customers, develop necessary information, determine optimal communication methods, and maintain a trusted voice that fosters care and understanding.

Define a clear and actionable strategic direction for content in the product area.

Collaborate with writers to ensure content implementation aligns with strategy and PayPal standards.

Utilize data and customer feedback to evaluate content strategy effectiveness and make real-time adjustments.

Work with the Content Community of Practice team to establish content strategy frameworks, toolkits, and guidelines for world-class experiences at scale.

Coordinate content with Brand, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a consistent end-to-end experience.

Evaluate content impact using data and research, striving for continuous improvement.

Uphold best practices in grammar, messaging, terminology, writing, and style.

Required

3+ years of experience writing product content and designing experience.

You see products and solutions as part of a customer’s larger journey and you seek to deeply understand that journey through research and data analysis.

You understand brand and marketing methodologies, but your real expertise is using design thinking in service of creating great products.

You have a track record of positioning content as an engagement tool that transforms customer relationships.

You have a history of knocking down organizational obstacles and building sustaining frameworks and partnerships.

Preferred

Experience in financial services, payments, B2B or B2C e-commerce is preferred.
