Responsibilities

End-to-End Design Execution: Lead the design process from ideation to final production, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of creativity, quality, and effectiveness.

Creative Strategy and Concept Development: Develop strategic, high-level concepts that align with brand objectives and business goals, driving innovative solutions across all platforms.

Brand Consistency and Development: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, while also helping shape the brand’s visual identity.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Developer Relations, Strategic Events, etc.) to understand project requirements, ensure alignment, and create unified, impactful solutions.

Trend and Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor branding strategies, and emerging design techniques to keep the brand visually relevant and innovative.

Required

5+ years of experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles, projects, and successful campaigns.

Expertise in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard tools.

Strong creative problem-solving skills to address design challenges and propose effective, innovative solutions.

Skill in evolving and maintaining a cohesive brand identity across all platforms and ensuring design consistency.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, delivering high-quality designs on time and within scope.

Strong communication skills to present design concepts to stakeholders and articulate design choices with clarity and confidence.

High level of precision in design, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency in all deliverables.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.

Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred

Experience creating complex, animated Keynote presentations.

Experience with motion graphics animation.
