Responsibilities
Build reports and analytics through team leadership guidance
Prepare data files and support the maintenance of team data sources
Collaborate with internal IT and business departments to capture key requirements for successful analytics development
Support ad-hoc and reoccurring work as needed
Design, build, and maintain business intelligence reporting in collaboration with team leadership
Partner with team leadership to ensure data environment is maintained and accurate
Continually focus on growing technical skills related to reporting tools and coding languages
Develop and maintain knowledge of department practices and our unique data structures
Partner with leadership and other key business contacts to ensure industry knowledge is developed and maintained

Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years’ experience in pharmacy benefit management, health insurance, or related industry
Experience with pharmacy or healthcare claims data
Intermediate to advanced Excel
Intermediate to expert in SQL, SAS, R, Python, or other database languages
Preferred
Intermediate to expert in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tool
Knowledge of health insurance and PBM industry pricing practices
Knowledge of clinical drug information or manufacturer rebates
