Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources using SQL.

Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling with R and Python to uncover trends and patterns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and analysis.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within data workflows.

Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Required

Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Working knowledge of R and Python for statistical analysis and data manipulation.

Demonstrated experience creating complex reports and visualizations in Power BI or Tableau.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle and interpret large datasets.

Solid understanding of data modeling, data structures, and database management principles.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

Experience with machine learning models or predictive analytics.

Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.

Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
