Responsibilities
Responsible for analysis, maintenance, and commitment of an accurate rolling 24-month demand and longer-term forecasts using various forecasting models
Provide the 'why' behind major forecast movements linking the forecast to demand drivers that may include market/programs, customer inventory positions, and share changes
Use forecast triangulators including tops-down, bottoms-up, statistical models, sold and booked and forecast accuracy to drive forecasting consensus and improvement
Provide robust modeling and reporting (reliability, consistency and accuracy) to facilitate executive-level decision making. Support various groups through analysis of key performance indicators and trends. Also, ensure advanced support to GBU users in their daily data requests.
Master data maintenance - Manage, standardize, maintain, and improvise data structures; ensure forecast data integrity and consistency
Leadership and management of selected Business Operations improvement projects
Liaise with Sales, Supply Chain, Product Line Management, Executive Key Account Managers, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, Quality and Engineering
Understands business problems and rapidly adapts, bringing forward new models, technologies and ways of working to streamline activities.

Required
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Science or Business fields
Minimum of 5 years’ experience encompassing sales demand management, supply chain or an analyst role
Excellent analytical, modeling skills and business acumen
Ability to lead/contribute to cross-functional teams and engage team members
Ability to effectively network
Highly motivated with a passion for continuous improvement
Skills and behavioral competencies
Possesses SAP, DYNASYS, BW & Microsoft Office expertise
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Business & Financial Acumen - needs to be able to model and analyze data, and interpret and present data in a way that is relevant to the business
Leadership ability – must possess the ability to lead cross-functional team(s) to drive processes and outcomes successfully
Change management – must be able to successfully manage/participate in change and continuous process improvement
Proficiency in speaking, reading & writing English
Preferred
Masters Degree
Knowledge of Statistical forecasting & Forecast Accuracy
Commercially oriented – analyze the data with an understanding of how it is used by Sales to facilitate customer interaction and growth of the business
Global mindset – ability to work across world areas
