Responsibilities

Contributing to strategy and innovation for cross-platform design, helping to create a cohesive user experience across all platforms

Utilizing expertise in design principles, user psychology, and technology trends to drive key decisions for platform-wide consistency

Helping to define the visual style and patterns that unify the Zoom ecosystem, illustrating the connection between design elements across users and platforms

Working closely with designers and engineers to maintain design consistency and uphold quality standards across applications and devices

Strengthening the Zoom brand experience within the team and throughout the organization

Promoting collaboration on design solutions across teams, offering guidance to designers for growth and skill development

Required

4+ years of UX design experience, including expertise in design systems and strong visual design skills
