Responsibilities
Independently manage project scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverable outcomes
Lead effective Agile ceremonies
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of projects
Serve as a key client contact

Required
5+ years of project management experience, with at least 1-2 years of Agile experience
Exposure to a variety of management techniques, including Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall
Experience managing distributed or remote teams, consisting of 4 to 8 people
Proven track record of delivering large digital projects ($1M+, 9+ months)
In-depth understanding of the digital development process and technologies
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with project management tools like Confluence, JIRA, or equivalents
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
Preferred
Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, healthcare)
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal) or eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify)
Certifications such as CSM or PMP
