Responsibilities

Create the partner strategy for Ads monetization across the areas of Measurement, 3rd Party Ad Demand, and MarTech, including translating trends and insights from the industry landscape to identify opportunities for partnership

Lead the process of identifying partnerships to pursue, including building the business case through strategic and financial analysis and due diligence

Negotiate complex deals

Build productive relationships with leaders at emerging and established companies

Lead deal execution and partner management across relevant internal teams including product, engineering, legal, marketing and sales

Serve as advocate for resourcing and support for partnerships with senior executives at the company

Lead and develop a team of business development professionals

Required

10+ years experience in the online ad tech industry

10+ year experience in product partnerships, including some experience leading scaled partnership programs

Experience leading a team of business development professionals (of at least 5+ people)

Experience working at a large scaled social or e-commerce platform company

Experience negotiating complex partnerships deals

Experience with performing quantitative business analysis, e.g. management consulting, investment banking, business analytics, business operations or strategy

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
