Responsibilities
Evolve the rhythm of business governance, ensuring effective balance and cadence of strategic and operational reviews, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and annual planning.
Drive efficiency and effectiveness in the QBR process by collaborating with stakeholders and overseeing content preparation, execution, and follow-up.
Support the CEO in managing executive meeting agendas, preparing materials, attending meetings to capture outcomes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed and tracked effectively.
Develop high-impact communications and presentations for internal and external audiences, including the Board of Directors and customers, in partnership with Marketing / Corporate Communications.
Lead strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the CEO and executive team, including cross-functional leadership on critical projects.
Serve as a key partner in developing, communicating, and executing strategic priorities; collaborate closely with Finance, HR, and other departments to align accountabilities and streamline processes.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and ELT, providing tactical and strategic support while ensuring the CEO’s schedule and meetings align with top business priorities.
Act as a proxy for the CEO in meetings, bridging connections between departments and ensuring initiatives remain aligned with the company’s strategic vision.
Conduct market research, external benchmarking, and trend analysis to provide strategic insights and recommendations that drive business decisions and optimize operational effectiveness.
Lead ad hoc projects, often confidential and time-sensitive, with a focus on transformation and measurable results, by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Establish and lead a community of practice among business operations and business managers across HackerOne to drive consistency and efficiency.
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare the CEO for customer meetings and attend as appropriate, strengthening customer relationships and aligning sales efforts with strategic goals.

Required
Experience supporting senior executives or CEOs, ideally within high-growth or technology sectors.
Background in consulting, operations management, or strategy development, with experience in driving business transformation.
Experience in planning and executing strategic initiatives, collaborating effectively across departments, and delivering measurable results.
Strong communicator, capable of crafting clear and impactful messaging for diverse audiences.
Strategic mindset, using data to inform decision-making and drive organizational efficiency.
Adaptable, organized, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Must be based remotely in the Greater Seattle area or San Francisco Bay area.
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree preferred but not mandatory.
