Responsibilities
Translate organizational vision and strategy into actionable plans
Lead and direct Agile planning and execution teams to deliver project deliverables on time
Partner with Finance to ensure project financial reporting and forecasting align with organizational budgets
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring delivery leadership representation
Facilitate PMO negotiations across functions to resolve project conflicts and competing priorities
Influence executive leadership to align around portfolio business objectives and measurable benefits
Review and improve Agile and project management processes, communicating changes to senior leadership
Drive financial discipline and industry best practices for demand and capacity management
Manage relationships with strategic vendors, negotiate pricing, and drive performance metrics

Required
Degree or equivalent experience
13+ years of professional experience
6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills
10+ years of experience in technology, strategic planning, and business planning
10+ years of experience leading a project management office
7+ years of experience working in Agile Methodologies
7+ years of experience as a project manager and/or program manager
7+ years of experience as a people leader
5+ years of experience with change management and technology executive reporting
5+ years of experience with forecast/budgeting
Experience in agile Product Management and Product delivery
Strong oral and written communication skills tailored for technology, business, and senior leadership
Ability to lead communications related to large-scale technology projects and partnerships
Broad business experience driving execution and adoption of strategic technology programs
Ability to collaborate and influence in a cross-matrixed environment
Ability to bring clarity to complexity and communicate customer needs
Ability to prioritize strategic versus short-term needs
Problem-solving skills to drive outcomes/results
Balance of emotional intelligence (EQ) and intelligence quotient (IQ)
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%)
Preferred
Healthcare environment experience is a plus
Life Science experience is preferred
Vendor management experience is beneficial
