Responsibilities

Defining and deploying the go-to-market strategy by product, by design, by channel.
Lead the strategic expansion to additional marketplaces, identifying opportunities for growth and profitability beyond Amazon, Walmart.
Leading product differentiation and assortment strategies on Amazon and other marketplaces.
Managing overall catalog and forecasting by SKU / account / month across all accounts and ensuring monthly retail sales targets are met and yearly targets are on track.
Monitor Amazon inventory health and take actions on low or overstock items.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to ensure processes are in place for 3P channels.
Leading Pricing optimization & Promotion strategies/ workstreams collaborating with the team and driving margin expansion.
Responsible for monitoring and growing market share in key product categories.
Monitor Operational Metrics and work with Supply Chain & Finance to improve performance and lower chargebacks.
Lead the overall management of our company's presence on the Amazon and Walmart platforms globally, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to company standards.
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, increase brand visibility, search, and content optimization, and improve product rankings within Amazon's and Walmart’s search results.
Manage product listings, ensuring accurate, and compelling product descriptions, images, and other content that enhances the customer experience and drives conversions.
Continuously optimize product content based on performance data, seasonal and event timeframes, customer feedback.
Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy for the Amazon account, aligned with company goals, market share objectives, and market trends.
Identify growth opportunities and potential product categories and/or new markets to expand our product reach and market share.
Develop B2B business practice with targeted promotions and marketing to existing verticals.
Developing sales lead funnel for high intent B2B ecommerce purchasers.
Lead the listing operations team (US and offshore), ensure timely execution of new listing onboarding across marketplaces, managing onboarding communication and prioritization, and owning the lifecycle of listings and listing optimization workstreams.
Develop Marketing/campaign strategies, monitor marketing investment plan and strategy by channel, by category and drive ROI of our dedicated media spend on Amazon and Walmart.
Collaborate with Content/Marketing team to develop optimal eCommerce content.
Responsible for building the brands’ visual identity on Amazon, through impeccable e-merchandising execution and A/B testing.
Evaluate/participate in Amazon events and marketing opportunities suitable for brand visibility.
Lead the marketplace marketing team to design and execute effective promotional campaigns, product launches, and special events within the Amazon and Walmart marketplaces.
Leverage Amazon & Walmart advertising tools to drive traffic and increase visibility of products.
Monitor and analyze sales and advertising performance, customer reviews, and market trends on Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplace platforms.
Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team, identifying areas for improvement and actionable strategies.
Partner with supply chain and operations team members to ensure key customer metrics are achieved - in-stocks, fill rates, fulfillment and other operational metrics, quality control, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, design, and supply chain to ensure smooth operations across all functions.
Lead and coach a team of Amazon Account Manager, Content Manager, Advertising Manager, Listing Specialists and fostering their growth on an individual level.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of eCommerce experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields, with a focus on marketplace expansion and optimization.
5+ years working in eCommerce, Amazon, Walmart, and other Marketplace roles, including catalog management, content, search/SEO, site merchandising and management, pricing & promotions, customer experience, supply chain, finance, and overall digital strategy, with increasing responsibility over time.
Strong experience having successfully led product differentiation and assortment strategies on Amazon and other marketplaces.
Demonstrate a proven track record of success in driving profitable growth across various marketplaces, with a deep understanding of their respective algorithms, advertising platforms, and marketplace dynamics.
Deep understanding of the Amazon, Walmart marketplace ecosystem - both technical and business aspects for Seller Central and Amazon & Walmart advertising tools.
Track record of success in launching and optimizing product and sales strategies on Amazon within the North American and EU market.
Demonstrated strength in communication and influencing skills, written and verbal, and in the engagement of internal and external business partners.
Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment with stakeholders.
Demonstrated proficiency at leading a team of Amazon specialists, managing a P&L, and achieving sales and strategic goals.
