Responsibilities

Assist Financial Systems Manager with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations full lifecycle implementations for clients.

Manage strategy, major updates, and general maintenance of core business systems.

Act as the internal owner for 3rd party tooling & systems and be the face of system scalability.

Create and modify Dynamics guide for all modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, TAS, PA, Procurement) and provide training to users as needed.

Demonstrate Dynamics solution capabilities, advise on complex Dynamics business cases, and propose solutions based on Dynamics.

Provide key inputs during design, migrate data from external systems, conduct and support solution testing, build test cases, assist with testing phases, and support users.

Analyze findings, suggest strategic and operational improvements and changes, and create, modify, and maintain financial reports in Dynamics.
