Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and provide technical support for eClinicalWorks (eCW).

Develop and maintain documentation for eCW, patient portals, and inventory workflows.

Oversee daily support of production and test eCW platforms, including software updates and enhancements.

Identify and implement process improvement opportunities, particularly for eCW training.

Respond to technical inquiries from clinicians and assist with resolving patient account issues.

Research and explain training materials, policies, and procedures to users.

Recommend and assess appropriate equipment for EHR functionality.

Plan and manage installations, updates, and upgrades of the eCW system.

Develop standardized workflows, training materials, and user guides.

Optimize clinical workflows and perform clinical technology-related duties as needed.

Monitor system reports, audits, and stay current with system enhancements.

Provide on-site support and collaborate with vendors for staff training.

Interpret healthcare policies (e.g., HIPAA, MIPS, PCMH) and propose workflow changes to meet compliance requirements.
