Responsibilities

Consult on projects for ESOP clients and prospects related to complex solutions, technical plan design and compliance-related questions, including integration with other retirement programs, e.g. 401(k) plan, non-qualified deferred compensation, etc.

Provide technical expertise and serve as SME for ESOP and employer securities topics, both privately held and publicly traded.

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

12 years of experience in retirement, ERISA or employee benefits related field (ESOP experience needed)

Proven ability to demonstrate pension experience and knowledge to define and sell consulting services

Excellent skills in consulting, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving

Outstanding interpersonal, analytical and oral written communication skills

Must be assertive and entrepreneurial

Travel required

Preferred

Knowledge of ESOP Administration advantageous

Industry education (FLMI, HIAA, CRC, CLU, etc)

Banking, attorney, accounting or consulting firm experience valued
