Responsibilities
Ability in writing estimating plans, estimate qualifications, and provide inputs to supporting estimate documents and proposals.
Expert knowledge of estimating metrics and evaluating estimates.
Expert knowledge in labor postures; both union and open shop.
Working knowledge of multiple estimating software with the ability to evaluate the best tools for specific applications.
Ability to evaluate existing metrics against current performance and make recommendations for adjusting based on geographic and design parameters.

Required

Relevant cost estimation experience in heavy industrial / 'plant' operations industry.
Technical experience in all cost management areas; pre-contract, post contract and final account.
Demonstrate solid presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills.
Proficient in related computer software.
Good organization skills, ability to multi-task, and be a team player.
Development of strong relationships with clients and cross-functional team members.
