Responsibilities

Build and maintain reporting for Sponsored Brands performance, define and track goals for product leadership, and partner with the business on deep dives and high impact growth strategies.

Analyze data, trends and variances, anticipate business requirement, and build insights for the business.

Build in-depth analysis on international performance and raise opportunities and risks with leadership through routine forums.

Partner with cross functional finance teams and own monthly and weekly financial and operational performance metrics for your business e.g. Weekly/Monthly Business Reviews.

Work closely with business and finance leaders to develop financial models for both short and long term business and financial goals, evaluate new business opportunities, and drive business initiatives for Sponsored Brands ads product.

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)

3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience

2+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience

Preferred

4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience

MBA, or CPA

Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
