Responsibilities

Financial Reporting and Analysis: Work jointly with BU leadership to prepare detailed monthly financial forecasts, including developing and maintaining client revenue models and cost forecasting.

Month-end Close: Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end closing procedures, detailed variance analysis, and quarterly deliverables.

Business Unit Support: Develop strong partnerships with business unit leadership and provide financial information and analysis to drive business unit financial performance.

Ad hoc Analysis: Respond to ad-hoc requests for financial data and analysis from various stakeholders and identify areas for process improvements.

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.

5-7 years of experience in a financial analyst role, with experience managing a full P&L.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a mature and proactive approach to responsibilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Able to work independently and as part of a team, including working effectively and positively in a matrix environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience using various formulas and functions.

Experience supporting a software industry business preferred
